A buyer’s agent is a real estate person who works only for the buyer in a particular transaction. This agent will represent the buyer in all aspects of a real estate purchase. Utilizing the skill of a buyer’s agent is the best choice for a potential purchaser. Real estate transactions entale a complicated process and a licensed agent is trained and knowledgable in all aspects of the deal from beginning to end and we use these skills to ensure the best outcome for the buyer.

Then I will assist the buyer in determining their price range and even assist with the pre-qualification process. As a real estate professional, I have access to all the currently listed properties, including most that are not listed. I will arrange all appointments and coordinate days and times that work for everyone involved. I will advise the buyer on the paper work involved and together we can present a professinally executed sales agreement to the sellers agent. I will then provide you with a list of licensed and qualified inspectors, movers, contractors, etc. Then I will provide copies of all documents that may affect the property. And finally, I will be available to answer any questions regarding the property or the neighborhood and offer advice on the pros and cons of purchasing any particular property, giving you the peace of mind of nowing that a licensed professional is working on you behalf and making sure your best interests are protected.

How much does a buyer’s agent cost?
